What is to be done?
First before making your reservation in a five star hotel you need to identify the hotel you want to stay in. After your destination is selected then it is a must that you go through the website online and check all the details that you need to know about the hotel and its packages, never forget to read the terms and condition clause while going through the website. You can initiate an inquiry to the hotel via mail or even talk to the front office executive directly if there are any doubts that need to be clarified. Confirm Reservations...
You should confirm your reservation before your expected arrival. The procedure for that is, after you have filled and submitted the booking form, you need to submit your credit card details for the amount to be deducted from your account as a payment for your reservation.
